COVID-19 Office Closure
Dear Patients,
I’m writing today to share our plan for the foreseeable future. We want to keep you informed of what we’re doing to hopefully give you a little more confidence and stability in your day. I wish you all well and that you are enjoying the “new normal” as much as you can. All aspects of our lives have been impacted by the efforts to control the spread of SARS-CoV-2, and our dental appointments are no exception.
First and foremost, if you have pain in your or you feel you’re experiencing a dental emergency, we will help. Call us. We continue to have the ability to schedule and treat dental emergencies. We are monitoring our phones during business hours, and our messaging service will reach out to me if you call after hours. It is more important than ever that we keep dental emergencies out of the ER, so if there’s even a question, just call.
Our practice is effectively in “standby mode” until Governor Inslee’s Health Order is lifted or modified. The Health Order allows us to treat emergency patients, and not much else. This being the case, we intend to resume normal practice hours as soon as possible.
To this end, please keep your appointment until we call you to cancel or confirm. We will be phoning to re-schedule appointments as soon as we possibly can. Regularity in your dental appointments is important to your dental health, so we’re doing everything we can to be able to pick up right where we left off.
Your questions are always welcome, and I’m happy to discuss your dental health. Please reach out if there’s anything we can do to help eliminate uncertainty.
